An Anthro Steal!

My sister had the day off from work yesterday (gotta love those government jobs!) so we decided to spend the day together, which was filled with laughs and silliness, as are all our excursions! We started off with lunch at Northstar (one of my faves, as you all know) and then headed to Easton for a day of shopping. I tried my best to not spend any money (as I'm still on the employment hunt), but I just couldn't help myself when I stepped into Anthro. I first saw the Sidestep Skirt a couple months back and I was smitten. The combination of ruffles and plaid immediately caught my eye and it was truly love at first sight. So, finding it on sale and in my size, I just couldn't resist! Seriously, how darling is this??

The only problem I was having with this gem is what to pair it with. I was thinking a red or navy lightweight cardigan tucked into the skirt with tights and boots, but I just wasn't sure. I decided to google "Anthropologie Sidestep Skirt" and I stumbled upon a fab blog ALL ABOUT ANTHRO, entitled Anthroholic. Kim, the author, is adorable and a true Anthro lover (obviously!), like myself. Definitely a new must-read blog...check it out here!
