Who wears short shorts?

I don't have many holiday parties or extravagant plans set for this season, but if anything comes up I've decided I'm definitely going to break out some fancy schmancy shorts. While I'm typically a sucker for pretty dresses and lovely skirts, I'm wanting to try something a bit more unexpected. A fitted blazer, tights and cute booties thrown on with any of the pairs below would totally have me strutting my stuff at any holiday event.
